Shipping Policies for puppies:

• We work with Delta & Continental Airlines.
  
• We offer Sirius Star Service to any client that wishes for their puppy to be accompanied in flight and hand-delivered at your choice airport destination. For these pampered pooches, we supply a stylish dog carrier as well as professional care and attention for the puppy throughout the flight. For fees and more information call us at (954)338-6799.
  
• Once flights are set up after a puppy and flight plan package has been purchased, the client will be called and/or emailed with all detailed flight information including flight departure/arrival times and flight numbers as well as airway bill number, place of pick up, and any necessary phone numbers or names. The person listed on the airway bill will be the only person able to sign the puppy out upon pick-up with ID.
  
• We can fly our puppies to most international airports. Please call us first to make sure we can fly your puppy to your airport of choice. Customer acknowledges that flight times, weather cancellations, temperature cancellations etc. are controlled by the airlines and have nothing to do with Sirius Puppies. Sorry, there are no refunds do to issues with the flights/airlines.
