You are considering a new puppy that will be sure to bring you many moments and years of love, joy, laughs and companionship. Sirius Puppies wants to make your new puppy experience the best! Your puppy will come with a standard 14 day viral as well as a 1 year genetic guarantee. Each of our puppies are thoroughly checked by a licensed veterinarian and have official certificates of health. We require that you take your puppy for a check up within forty-eight  hours of his/her arrival. This is to ensure and let you know that your puppy is doing well and also will get your respective veterinarian acquainted with your new puppy. Please note that we do not in any way offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges due but not limited to you or a family member having pet allergies, buyer's remorse, landlord doesn't allow pets, sizes which are based off approximations or any other reason that does not apply to the genetic health of the puppy. Having a puppy is a wonderful and fulfilling experience. All potential new puppy owners are responsible for making sure they have the right environment for a puppy before they purchase.

Hypoglycemia, also known as "crashing" happens when a puppy becomes weak from lack of proper nutrition and/or rest as well as too much vigorous play. Sirius puppies can not be held liable for any hypoglycemic event of a puppy after leaving our care. We will carefully explain feeding directions as well as successful tips for avoiding hypoglycemia. In the case that the puppy has a situation that must be taken care of within the 14 day viral or 1 year genetic period, credit or exchange will be granted depending on the particular situation. Sirius puppies always reserves the right to a second opinion/review to confirm any issues with a licensed veterinarian.
